Members of the Lake Boga Premiership sides from 1953 and 1954 held a Reunion on the weekend of Saturday July 12th and Sunday July 13th 2003. Whilst the gathering comprised mainly members of those victorious sides, there were also a number of players from the 1951 premiership team in attendance. There were a number of those who returned who attended the Lake Boga v Leitchville-Gunbower match at Lake Boga.

The formal part of the weekend was a dinner held at the Heritage Room at the Commercial Hotel in Swan Hill on Saturday evening.

There was much reminiscing amongst those present as in some cases many years had elapsed since they had been able to enjoy each other’s company.
