Mad Hatters Cocktail Party  -  An Intimate Affair

After a slow start, the Mad Hatters Cocktail Party reached boiling point after consumption of the third cocktail (I think it was the Grass Hopper). An intimate crowd of around 35 - 40 people enjoyed an impressive range of cocktail deliquesces and danced the night away to John Farnham and Bon Jovi tracks. The night was capped off with a chin up competition, which was won by Bluey I think?? Congratulations to Lauren Pumpa for winning the maddest hat competition! Good to see Rocket’s hamstring holding up during a solid session of crowd surfing.

Lake Boga Football Netball Club 2008 Black and White Ball

Come one, come all to the 2008 Lake Boga Football Netball Club Black and White Ball! Get a group together and head to the Swan Hill Jockey Club on Saturday 5th July for what is set to be the highlight social event of the football season. 

The social committee have locked in top Melbourne cover band “Farren Jones” to provide entertainment.  Playing regular gigs at popular Melbourne pubs and clubs including Revolver, Cornish Arms Hotel and Hi Fi Bar, Farren Jones is sure to have you hitting the dance floor from the moment you enter the venue. The all inclusive ticket price includes drinks (beer, wine, softdrink), finger food, entertainment and door prizes. Tickets are available from the Lake Boga Football Netball Club through Wes Pye (0409015326) and Nathan Quick (0409940211) or at LJ Hooker Swan Hill. All club members, senior and junior players, and their family and friends are urged to attend.  Get your social group organised now!
